Following current government advice with regards to Covid19 the Life in Focus Portraits Studio is currently closed.
Having spent recent days closely following government and health service announcements regarding Covid 19, I have taken the decision to close the Life in Focus Portraits studio for the next 3 weeks. For anyone who has an existing booking I shall be in touch to arrange to reschedule your session, or where appropriate change to an outdoor session.
As always the safety and well-being of my little (and big) clients is my absolute priority and I would never put any of my families at risk. Whilst the usual day to day hygiene standards I employ in the studio are in line with the guidelines, given the current evidence that the incubation period is 10 days, I simply cannot in all good conscience continue to run indoor sessions. For the moment outdoor photography sessions will go ahead as normal as it is easy to maintain social distancing.
At the moment I am still accepting new studio photography bookings including newborn and maternity sessions from May onwards and outdoor session bookings as usual. I also have gift vouchers available for those of you who may have been planning a photography session for s special occasion.
As a small business this is a difficult decision to make, as a self employed person I am unable to claim SSP, so no work = no income.
I have provided some useful (reputable) links below with the latest guidance, and I shall continue to keep up to date and review the situation over the coming days and weeks.
