As my family, friends and clients know, I am committed to improving my skills and regularly invest in the best possible training from the top professionals in the photography industry.
2016 was a fantastic year and I was so fortunate to have learnt from some amazing photographers who are very well respected in the industry, and between them probably know just about all there is to know about portrait photography, particularly when it comes to newborns, babies and children’s portraits. Good training really is an investment, both financially (ask my husband!!) and personally. I strongly believe that you never stop learning, and we should always strive to improve and be the best we can. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other photographers who are as committed to their craft as I am. I have met some wonderful photographers over the past 18 months who have become good friends.
I’m so excited to be starting this year off by hosting 2 amazing Portrait Specialists focusing on more advanced newborn posing and lighting. I love to provide my clients with the most beautiful art of their precious newborns, that will take pride of place in their homes for years to come. I’ve been photographing newborns professionally for a few years now, and feel it’s now the right time to take my skills up a notch.
So this is where I need your help……I’m looking for some newborn models.
I will need models for the training day itself and in the weeks following.
Sessions will be held in Life in Focus Portraits studio in Rhu. This is open to all babies born after 24th January. These sessions will be free of charge and as a thank you for your time you will be gifted three beautifully edited prints of your choice. Parents must give consent for the publication of the images by Life in Focus Portraits.
